How To Order

Step 1 Product Selection

 Add items you require to your enquiry cart. You can change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by typing in the desired quantity in the box. The total retail price is shown at the bottom of the form.

Step 2 Your Details

Enter your contact details & delivery address. If you have any special request, or need additional information, please type in the Notes box. After selecting the delivery location and preferred payment method select "Confirm Order".

You will receive an automated confirmation by e-mail. You may follow the link on the e-mail to down load a PDF version to print or save to desk top for your records.

Step 3 Order Confirmation

We will process your order within 3 working days. You will be e-mailed a confirmation invoice with purchase price, discount, stock availability and delivery leadtime.  Our bank details will be shown at the bottom of the document.

 Step 4 Payment

To proceed with your order, please transfer payment to the account detailed on the Invoice. We accept bank transfer or payment by cheque. After making payment, please advise our accounts and send a copy of the transfer acknowledgment for our records.

Please note that orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
